Dr Noor Hasliza started her nursing career as Staff Nurse in Pusat Perubatan University Kebangsaan Malaysia 1997. Her specialty is in Post Basic Orthopaedic and Traumatology. In 2002 she became Nurse Ward Manager in Pusat Perubatan UKM in Urology & Plastic ,Maxillofacial ward. In 2006 she attended clinical attachment in Urology Unit, Royal Adelaide Hospital ,Australia and finished her Bachelor in Post Registration Nursing, Monash University.

In 2007 and 2008, she went over to International University College Technology Twintech and 2008 Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College as Nursing Lecturer. In 2011, she become Programme Coordinator for Diploma in Nursing in International University College Technology Twintech and finished her Master in Education specialist Nursing Education ,AEU university (2011).

In 2014, She become Programme Coordinator and teaching Advanced Diploma in Orthopaedic Nursing in International University Malaya -Wales. She also part of committee member for Infection Control Association, MNA member and SIG education member. In November 2014 till January 2015, she attended short course clinical attachment and training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute Hospital under China embassy and Ministry Health Malaysia. She was deeply involved with China Aid Alumni Association of Malaysia (CAAM) since 2015 as pro team committee the containment strategy and write article in CAAM magazine sharing experience in China.

She completed January (2016) training as Clinical Instructor Assistant healthcare under Department of Skills Development (SKM), Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia. Currently, since September (2016) she pursuing her PHD in Social Science, AEU University Malaysia will complete by October 2020. She had served as the Programme Coordinator for Advanced Diploma Health Care Informatics cum nursing lecturer in School of Nursing, Faculty Medicine and Health Science UCSI University (2015). She has engaged in so far has all been driven by her keen interest in her career. Even as a, she made sure to dedicate some part of her career going It is this passion that has driven every one of my career decisions thus far. She believes it needs to be share and communicated at all levels for the benefit of mankind and nursing profession.
