Biography

Woo Pei Jun obtained her bachelor and master’s degrees in Psychology from Ohio State University and Boston University, USA respectively. She completed her PhD in Psychology with the University of Grenoble Alpes, France. She has several years of experience working with children and families in various organisations such as the South Bay Mental Health Center (US), Universiti Malaya Medical Centre, Hospital Permai and Sunway Medical Centre, and in private practice in Malaysia. Currently, she is Senior Lecturer and researcher at Sunway University’s Department of Psychology. She has also authored four books on mental health and was awarded the Award for Excellence in Teaching at Sunway University in 2011.

She has received grants for the following projects:
