Ho has vast experience in clinical nursing as she held the position of Nurse Educator and Nurse Manager in a private hospital from 2000 to 2011. She was accountable in maintaining highest quality of patient care by ensuring safety and standards through a comprehensive on-going training, coaching and monitoring nursing practices.

In 2011, she was determined to transfer her knowledge and expertise in shaping the younger generations with Nursing and Post Basic in Oncology Skills, hence commenced a lecturing position in a private School of Nursing.

In the year 2020, another big opportunity knocked her door when a private hospital offered her a position in a higher management level as the Senior Manager in Human Resources Department. In these years, she had worked with department heads; to establish staff development programmes, to develop customised trainings, to facilitate personal development and, review on progress, to implement employee engagement activities, to uphold staff morale and to ensure a satisfying working environment for employees.

With a life motto “An Investment in knowledge pays the best interest; by Benjamin Franklin” and backed by 22 years of experience in Nursing as well as in training the healthcare personnel; currently she is the Senior Lecturer at School of Medical and Life Sciences in Sunway University Sdn Bhd.
