Biography

Saidah brings a wealth of clinical nursing experience to her career. Her professional journey began with a six-year tenure as a scrub nurse in the operation theatre of a private hospital. In this role, she was entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the highest standards of patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to established standards through a comprehensive program of ongoing training, coaching, and the vigilant monitoring of nursing practices.

In 2016, Saidah's dedication to transferring her knowledge and expertise to the next generation led her to embrace a new role as a Clinical Instructor at a private School of Nursing. Here, she took on the task of shaping and guiding younger generations, particularly in the fields of Nursing and Post Basic in Perioperative Skills.

Saidah's professional philosophy is encapsulated in the words of Florence Nightingale: "Let us never consider ourselves finished, nurses. We must be learning all of our lives." With a career spanning 13 years in the field of Nursing and healthcare personnel training, Saidah's commitment and experience continue to make a significant impact in the healthcare and education sectors.
